First, with volleyball. The Lady Bulldogs were supposed to play Newcastle on Friday and Hot Springs County on Saturday. They didn't get either match in. After the Freshmen match on Friday, the Bulldogs were recommended to cancel further volleyball matches for the weekend by Platte County Public Health after a member of the team had a confirmed positive COVID test. Now, onto football. The Bulldogs did get their game in on Friday. They travelled all the way to Tongue River for a conference showdown and the Bulldogs played well. They got the win over Tongue River by a final of 38-20.

Next up for Bulldog Football, they'll travel to Torrington on Friday for a conference game. That game will kickoff at 7PM and we'll be covering it here on WheatlandRadio.com as well as 101.7 KZEW-FM.
